Waist to Hip ratio
The waist-hip ratio is one of the indicators of obesity related diseases. For a person who is overweight, the risk of heart disease depends on the part where fats are stored. The most frequently used measure of adiposity is the waist-to-hip ratio, which helps to differentiate between andriod and gynoid type of obesity.
