Three-In-One Plan

If the Insured Person is certified by a Registered Medical Practitioner to be totally unable to attend to any part of his daily business or usual occupation or if he has no business or occupation unable to attend to any duties which would normally be carried out by him in his daily life for over thirty (30) consecutive days, a reimbursement of the monthly installment of the outstanding mortgage loan certified by the Mortgagee will be payable to the Insured subject to a maximum of HKD20,000 per month.

The Benefit is payable for a maximum of six (6) months in total from the date of Accident provided that the Company's liability shall not exceed HKD120,000 in aggregate during any one Period of Insurance.

If the installment of the outstanding mortgage loan is not normally paid monthly by the Insured to the Mortgagee, the Company will reimburse the Insured the monthly equivalent (calculated by dividing the total repayment by the Insured to the Mortgagee in the last 12 calendar months but if not then for any lesser period during from the date of Accident by 12) of his repayment to the Mortgagee subject to a monthly maximum of HKD20,000 per month and a maximum of six (6) such monthly payments subject to the Company's liability not exceeding HKD120,000 in aggregate during any one Period of Insurance.
