Prostheses, corrective devices and medical appliances not required intra-operatively such as crutches, artificial limbs and hearing aids
Treatment of mental illness and psychiatric disorders
Elective and cosmetic surgery or plastic surgery
Self-inflicted injury, suicide, abuse of alcohol, drug addiction or sexually transmitted diseases
AIDS or AIDS-related complex syndrome
All hazardous or professional sports
Treatment by non-registered medical practitioner
Pregnancy (applicable to Gold Plan only)
Miscarriage and abortion
Sickness or injury resulting from war, strike, riot, civil commotion, any criminal act or terrorism
Member of police or military force
