Mr. Gobi Athappan is the CEO of Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited. Gobi joined Falcon in April 2008 as President and has been with various companies of Fairfax Financial Holdings (parent company of Falcon) for 8 years including First Capital Insurance in Singapore and Odyssey America Reinsurance Corporation in the United States.
He has also worked in Investment Banking and holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore.

Mr. Benjamin Wong is Chief Financial Officer of Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited. He has extensive experience in general insurance and reinsurance businesses for over 20 years
Benjamin is a CPA (Hong Kong and Australia) and a fellow of ACCA (United Kingdom). He holds an Executive Master of Science (Finance) degree.

Mr. P. Das is the Vice President, Operations, responsible for enhancing the workflow in Agency, Marine and Claims Divisions.
He is a 48 year veteran in the Hong Kong Insurance market with deep rooted and far reaching connections throughout the industry. He joined National Insurance Company Limited (Hong Kong Branch) in 1961 and in 1978 assumed full responsibility for the Branch operations till 1993. He then joined Winterthur Swiss Insurance (Asia) Ltd. As Business Manager in 1994 managing both underwriting and claims. From 1997 till 2001, he was also appointed as Director of Winterthur Swiss Insurance (Macua) Limited after being instrumental in getting the Macau license for the company. Following the renaming of Winterthur Swiss Insurance (Asia) Ltd. In 2001, he continued to work actively in business development and provide his support to the company in various areas.

Manus M.C. Lee is Vice President, Employee Benefits at Falcon Insurance. He has been working in the insurance industry for more than 18 years with extensive experience in the administration of pension, group life, group medical and individual medical. He is a Fellow, Life Management Institute and an Associate, Life and Health Claims.

Mr. Kenneth Chow heads the claims function at Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited. He has over 20 years experience in claims management in the general insurance industry. His experience ranges over all lines of business with a specialization in liability claims and litigation cases.
Mr. Chow has served on various technical tasks force in industrial bodies. He was the founding convener of the Claims Committee under the Employees’ Compensation Insurance Residual Scheme.
