Mr. Sam Chan is the CEO of Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited and the President of Fairfax Asia Limited. He is a Mathematics graduate majoring in Actuarial Science.
Mr. Chan has been in property and casualty insurance for 28 years of which 19 years with Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, the parent company of Falcon. Through his actuarial role, Mr. Chan has been actively involved in the operations of the Group’s Insurance Companies in Canada, United States of America, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and Thailand.
Mr. Chan has also been actively involved in the various Merger and Acquisitions of Insurance Operations made by Fairfax Group in the last 2 decades.

Mr. Gobi Athappan is the President of Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited. He has been with various companies of Fairfax Financial Holdings (parent company of Falcon) for 7 years and was most recently the COO of First Capital Insurance in Singapore, prior to which he was with Odyssey America Reinsurance Corporation in the United States.
He has also worked in Investment Banking and holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore.

Ms Koon is a Director & Chief Operating Officer of Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited. She has extensive experience in general insurance and has been working in a management capacity in the general insurance industry for over 20 years. Besides Hong Kong, Ms Koon has worked overseas in the Australian and Taipei general insurance markets.
Ms Koon's bachelor degree was in Social Sciences, with major in Economics, Accounting & Business Management at the University of Hong Kong. She is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. She is also a member of Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.
Ms Koon is also the Chairman of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers.

Ms. Margaret Ho is Vice President at Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited and is in charge of developing business from the Broker market in Hong Kong. Mr. Kenneth Chow heads the claims function at Falcon Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited. He has over 20 years experience in claims management in the general insurance industry. His experience ranges over all lines of business with a specialization in liability claims and litigation cases.
Mr. Chow has served on various technical tasks force in industrial bodies. He was the founding convener of the Claims Committee under the Employees’ Compensation Insurance Residual Scheme.
