Remarks:

* The Company will pay the Public Conveyance Benefit as described in the Policy Schedule for Death or Permanent Total Disablement which results from accidental Injury occurring to the Insured Person whilst travelling on a Common Carrier as a fare-paying passenger anywhere in the world provided that such accidental Injury is not directly or indirectly caused by resulting from or in connection with any act of terrorism or any action taken in controlling preventing suppressing or in any way relating to any act of terrorism regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any other sequence to the loss

1. Child(ren) refer(s) to insured's unmarried child aged between 91 days to 17 years old or full-time student aged 22 or below

2. Accident Protect is applicable only to HKSAR residents who work and stay in Hong Kong permanently and they are white collars or their occupations have no special risks. For those insured persons who are students, they must attend school locally.
