In embracing the customer-focused core values of Falcon, we are delighted to announce that our new Falcon Group Medical Insurance e-Service is available now (Please click here to visit our new e-Service). This brand-new online service allows our customers to manage their information about Group Medical Insurance Plan(s) easily and conveniently.
Meanwhile, our e-Service enables the employees of our customers to manage their own accounts and submit e-Claim by proceeding the registration themselves at our website.
As many of our customers are using our existing Falcon Group Medical Online Enquiry System, the existing Online Enquiry System will continue to support until 30 September 2020. After that, we will close down the Online Enquiry System officially and please use our new e-Service afterwards.
